Yes, the campsite is family-friendly and offers a peaceful, natural setting ideal for children to explore. However, children must be supervised at all times due to the proximity of the River Irt.
Open fires are not permitted. However, raised BBQs are allowed as long as they do not damage the grass. Always ensure fire safety and dispose of ashes responsibly.
If you’re using a disposable BBQ, please do not place it on the garden tables or directly on the grass. It can burn the grass and damage the ground beneath.
To prevent this, a portable camping BBQ stand must be used when using any BBQ on-site. These stands are easy to use and widely available, including on Amazon.
